Welcome to the webpage of PolyLab. We believe that this page will provide you with useful information and you will get acquainted with the work of the laboratory and its staff.

The Laboratory works in several fields. The traditional fields are directed to investigations of textile and polymer materials in interest of the Bulgarian industry. The Laboratory is involved also in research and development of polymer composites like fiber reinforced polymers based on HDPE, LDPE, PP and PA from one side, and polymer blends based on HDPE and elastomers from the other. The most recent studies, directed to investigations of nano-structured materials and hydrogels, keep the Laboratory up to date with the modern science.
