Metallurgy
There is only in our University in the system of Bulgarian higher
education training of qualified specialists for all kind of
metallurgy, metal foundry and some branches of machine building.
The degree gives the students the possibility to solve different
engineering problems on mining manufacturing, casting, plastic
deformation, and in heat treatment of metals, tasks connected
with properties of materials and their alloys.
There are eligible modules as:
- Metallurgy of ferrous metals
- Metallurgy of non-ferrous metals and alloys
- Foundry engineering
- Plastic deformation and heat treatment of metals
- Metallurgical furnaces and units
Graduates will receive professional qualification of Engineer
and will be able to continue their education in the next degrees
and in certain fields.
