Graduate Programs
As an accredited educational institution the University of Chemical
Technology and metallurgy offers Master’s programs in:
Chemical Technologies, Biotechnologies, Automation of Production,
Information and Control Technique, Ecology and Environmental
Protection, Chemical Engineering, Metallurgy, Materials Science,
Industrial Chemistry, etc.
The graduate programs suggest
at least one-year education after Bachelor of Science
degree in the same or in a similar specialty or after Master’s
degree in different specialty in technical science.
It is possible to admit after secondary school only in graduate
program Industrial Chemistry in French.
The University
offers a full-time state order and full-time and part-time paid
education.
It is possible for the University to increase the number of
paid education MS programs when the number of candidates is
bigger.
The UCTM can offer additional Master of Science paid programs
according to the specific proposals of companies and persons.
The graduates receive professional qualification of Engineer
and they can continue in the higher educational and science
degree Doctor of Philosophy.
There are no grants for foreign students.
Full-time Bulgarian students can apply under certain conditions
for a room in UCTM’s housing or/and for
a grant.
The annual fees are subject to change every year according to
the Council of Ministers Decree.
